Mommy and Baby

The wittle baby has grown into a big hunk of an overgrown 7 yr old black tub of lard. The fat lazy blob still thinks he's a wittle puppy and doesn't think twice about parking his big butt on my lap. BRUNO STATS: Likes: Bruno Likes.....Food, Food and Food!a real glutton, see ;) Bruno Likes...... to 'SHOW-OFF' He's got an ego ;) When anyone comes to our house, he likes to swagger around 'his territory' with a 'wrinkled forehead'(other occasions it wrinkles are 'food occasions' when he's in deep thought scheming how to weedle treats from me)and scares the daylight out of visitors with his deep bellowing unearthly bark. Visitors have to undergo a thorough inspection from the big wet black nose before they get a nod of approval from the self-appointed groundskeeper Bruno Likes...... to rub himself on people's legs, in synch with soft rottie purrs/whines, makes me wonder if he's got feline blood ;) Bruno Likes.....to lie down with his head on my lap and have his big pot-bellied tum-tum tickled, this big boy needs lots of affection! Bruno Likes to climb up on sofas...just to prove he's a 'bona-fide' human ;) Bruno Likes to hide precious goodies, things he thinks are real delicious behind a tree where he suspiciously and quickly consumes them with beady eyes darting left and right on the lookout for 'food-thieves', figment of his wild paranoid imagination or blame it on excessive gluttony Bruno likes.....Car rides, he likes to stick out that big black head, poke it out of the window on country rides scaring the daylights out of passersby who gawk and are shocked by a big black monster dog's head sticking out of the car window..I keep the window only 3/4h open, to ensure the big head's safety Favorite Food: "Carnivore Food"(anything meaty and tasty) Hobbies: Sleeping(2/3 of the day) Walking anywhere outdoors!(Bruno just goes wild when I take him for WALKS and RIDES. He'll whine himself silly (bleating like a black sheep) if he sees me holding his leash(walks) or if I pounce on the car doors, teasing him 'Do you wanna go out for a RIDE, old boy?' Dislikes: Bruno dislikes......his little adopted bro. a little english bulldog, a stinky little fellow who causes him to go into a sneezing fit (Photos of his little bro. coming up soon) Bruno dislikes.....swimming in any body of water. He can swim but he loves his skin too much and has a paranoid fear of drowning. Bruno dislikes anyone who can swim. He's a real doggie in the manger. " I don't wanna swim so nobody swims either" A real hitler in the making. He playfully nips at anyone who will swim or pees vindictively on their towels, bathrobes, or he will bark himself to death chasing anyone who is swimming when we are in beaches or mountain resorts. Bruno dislikes being scolded. He's a proud doggie and will sulk and stare at me angrily when I scold him and then I have to 'apologize' to him so we can make up.

Bruno's a Prisoner of Love

"Help! Enough bearhugs! I can hardly breathe!!"an  exasperated Bruno's trying to scream as he struggles to escape from my clutches.  Bruno's a baby inside but he likes to preserve the "ol' macho image" :) and especially abhorrs it when I coddle him in public, which I can't help, bein ga proud mommy ;) I raised this big black blob when he was just a teeny 2 month old little cuddly black ball of fur. Naughty as ever since then. My arms served as his 'official Teether' for his nasty little baby teeth.
